Oh my gosh, here he is! These were taken on October 27th and our little hunk of man was 3 months & 18 days old at the time these were photos were snapped! We are so tickled to see his cherubic face & maybe, just maybe we have found the new face of Gerber! Look at those cheeks! He is now up to 16 ( yes, that is not a typo! ) pounds and is 25 inches in length. That is a lot of sweet boy there to love on, cuddle and snuggle. Oh, how we wish he was home right now!! I'm starting this instant with my bicep toning to be baby ready!! :)
I'm also attaching the video we were sent and there is one brief fleeting smile at the beginning. He looks a bit overwhelmed towards the end of the video & he is very intrigued by whatever they are jingling above his head. I also want to thank everyone who left such supportive and sweet comments for us regarding the "late" updates. Just can't thank you all enough for helping to keep me sane! Thanks for stopping by everyone & please pray (or hope & wish) that all the waiting babies come home soon!

Wow- he is 16 lbs at 3 months. Really. My 1st was only 14 at 9 months and my 2nd was 16 at 9 months. Your little guy is doing great. Loving the cheeks.

He looks a healthy size. Hard to tell with pictures though. And I am not used to seeing babies without the requisite 10 layers of bulky clothing, as in China. lol :)

Lisa, he is soooooooo adorable. I mean sooooooo adorable! And what a big boy! A am so glad you got the update, now you can relax this weekend (ya, right) and enjoy looking at his handsome little face. You'll be holding him soon.. Lisa! He is really gorgeous -- you weren't kidding about the new Gerber baby. His eyes are just incredible, and those rosy cheeks are just kissable. And I think I saw two smiles. I predict Pei-En will turn out to be a very good-natured, easy-going soul.
Oh, and I forgot to say that Alex was 15 lbs. 9 oz. when we picked him up at just under 6 mos.!!!
OK... I turned down the video.. and listened to the 'Beautiful boy" song with the video and now I am misty eyed. He is a beautiful Boy Lisa! I can't say how wonderful he is.. I might just make my Josiah jealous. LOL... I am praying and agreeing with you sweets! Let's pray these babies home. I know I could use a trip to Taiwan like tomorrow.. you? Thank you so much for your comment on my blog. Sometimes I feel really forgotten. And there are a couple of you that take that feeling away for me.. and you are one of those people.. HOORAY! Yes, he is absolutely cherubic! And healthy-looking!!!!That is the way M was when we brought him home...so definitely start exercising not only your biceps but also your wrists! And your back! I couldn't find a carrier that worked for my size and his size...so my body took a beating. He is a BIG PRAISE!

Lisa, Simone wanted to pass along to Lauren that she thinks her baby brother is sooooo cute! We watched the video 5 or 6 times, with giggles from her and sniffles from me. He is so sweet! Hurry up Judges, get Pei-En home soon!
